As a Lead Software Engineer, my role is to provide technical support, guide development teams, and ensure the quality of deliverables on our strategic projects.

📌 My main responsibilities:

Supervision and technical support for developers (code review, complex problem-solving).

Estimation and design of technical evolutions and new features.

Continuous improvement of development practices by integrating Clean Code and SOLID standards.

Mentoring and training new employees, apprentices, and juniors.

Participation in technical discussions with clients to anticipate and resolve critical issues.

Example achievements:

✔ Migration of legacy architectures to Spring Boot and microservices for better scalability.

✔ Implementation of a structured code review process improving quality and reducing production bugs.

My role involves designing and developing feature tickets and resolving bugs within IT projects. Additionally, I provide active support to new project team members, assisting them with their integration. I am also responsible for estimating the feature batches to be developed by the development team, while monitoring deliveries and providing regular reporting to ensure optimal transparency and communication among all stakeholders.
