Context: I am involved in a strategic scope covering several critical applications in the Retirement and Public Sector domain. The entire scope involves approximately 65 employees across development, support, operations, and functional coordination.

Achievements:

Project Management and Governance:

o Management of regulatory and digitalization projects, using Agile and V-model methodologies,

o Budget monitoring of a €15 million project portfolio over 4 years,

o Development, updating, and tracking of detailed schedules: milestones, dependencies, critical paths,

o Operational workload management: workload planning, resources, and capacity optimization,

o Risk monitoring and definition of associated action plans,

o Preparation and facilitation of steering committees and project committees,

o Supervision and coordination of multidisciplinary teams: Business Analysis, Development, Business Experts, Support,

Document Management and Compliance:

o Implementation and monitoring of quality processes: requirements management, testing procedures, document dissemination,

o Drafting and validation of key deliverables: scoping notes, functional specifications, test reports.

Business Document Management – Retirement Domain:

o Management of functional evolutions on several applications related to document, proof, and accounting document management,

o Contribution to the dematerialization of document flows: scanning, integration, storage, checks, and transmission (API, SFTP),

o Clarification and formalization of management rules related to supporting documents and invoices: statuses, deadlines, archiving, automatic checks.

Results:

o Improved coordination between business departments and support functions.

o Gradual adoption of a shared project management framework by the teams.

o Automation of several project monitoring tasks, simplifying the production of monthly reports.

Context: At Aigle's IT department, I joined the team responsible for digital and e-commerce projects in a context of modernizing the Retail IT system. The brand wanted to accelerate its digital transformation, improve the customer experience on the e-commerce site, and ensure the reliability of exchanges between different internal systems. My role was to manage several major evolutions of the digital journey and business tools, coordinating IT teams, external service providers (web agency, integrators), and business teams (Marketing, Retail, Finance, Supply Chain).

Achievements:

o Management of e-commerce site evolutions (Front & Back Office): improvement of the customer journey, product pages, checkout tunnel.

o Scoping and prioritization of requests with business teams.

o Facilitation of requirements gathering workshops, impact analysis, drafting of functional specifications and user stories.

o Coordination of internal teams (IT, QA) and external service providers.

o Supervision of development, bug tracking, and functional testing management (test plans, test strategies, validation).

o Deployment of evolutions and post-go-live support (KPI monitoring, stabilization, functional support).

o Contribution to the improvement of document flows: customer invoices, order confirmations, accounting synchronization.

Results:

o Reduction of production anomalies through strengthened testing and QA monitoring.

At Cdiscount, I joined the Digital IT department as an IT Project Manager / AMOA in a high-volume e-commerce environment, demanding in terms of performance, availability, and customer journey quality. The mission was to manage the evolutions of the e-commerce site and internal tools used by the Marketing, Product, Finance, and Marketplace teams, while ensuring the reliability of critical flows (orders, payments, invoices, product data). I was involved in the entire project lifecycle: scoping, functional analysis, backlog prioritization, user story writing, development management, multi-team coordination (IT, data, QA, DevOps), testing management, and deployment supervision.

Achievements:

o Support for business and IT teams in the transition to the Agile (Scrum) method,

o Facilitation of Agile ceremonies and monitoring of team velocity, process optimization,

o Risk and inter-team dependency management, monitoring of testing and deployment phases.

Document & Invoice Management:

o Monitoring of evolutions related to customer invoice dematerialization (PDF generation, availability, status),

o Participation in the redesign of the marketplace invoicing module: integration of new formats, improvement of the accounting export flow,

o Scoping to ensure data quality (amounts, VAT, payment statuses, validation),

o Test management for invoice flows (PDF + XML flows exported to accounting).

Results:

o Acceleration of the delivery cycle, improvement of availability rate and performance,

o Reduction of critical incidents (P1/P2) through better sprint and test management,

o Improvement of PDF/XML invoice flows (marketplace) through enhanced checks and targeted tests,

o Smoother processing of business tickets.
