LPCR (Les Petits Chaperons Rouges) is a pioneer in the care and early education of young children. The LPCR group is now the benchmark player in the private nursery sector in France, with over 850 owned nurseries and over 2800 partner nurseries. In 2022, LPCR acquired LIVELI, of equivalent size, comprising the brands Crèche de France (CDF) and Crèche Attitude (CAT). Projects to pool IT and Data tools were then launched.

In this completely disrupted environment, several Data and BI projects emerged, for which my contribution was notable. These include:

• Building a new Data/BI infrastructure and architecture capable of supporting the large volume and growing size of the company

• Migrating on-premise resources to a hybrid/Cloud ecosystem (Microsoft Azure)

• Unifying BI tools and migrating various tools (QlikView, Jedox, MyReport) to a single tool, Power BI

• Redesigning the Data Warehouse and Datamarts, initially built with Power BI Services (Power Query, Power Automate, SharePoint) to SQL Server, SSI, and subsequently to Azure Fabric

• Redesigning existing Dashboards in Power BI, Qlik View, Jedox

• Mapping existing business indicators and KPIs and reconstructing them in collaboration with various business partners (sales, operations, CDG, accounting, ADV, ...).

• Unifying business tools (Salesforce, ERP, Repository, Accounting, ...) and the generated data

In parallel with these foundational projects, several project management and operational tasks were carried out. Here is a summary of these tasks:

• Implementing and executing an agile working methodology with various developers, business project managers, infrastructure teams, sponsors,...

TNG (Troubleshooting New Generation): platform and tools for exploiting collected technical data for the telecom infrastructure, to improve the quality of customer incident analysis and to enrich/correct network inventory. In this context, the mission, carried out with the Agile SCRUM method with 2-week Sprints, consists of:

• Identifying and maintaining a data source repository

• Leading meetings with business stakeholders to define needs and priorities, collect data sources,...

• Analyzing each data source to qualify it (data glossary for each source, mapping between sources to meet needs, repository, dictionary, ...)

• Implementing tools/methods to analyze raw data.

• Writing User Stories for the development team to integrate data processing into the Data Warehouse (SQL Server) and the KPIs to be calculated for Data Visualization (Power BI)

• Proposing KPIs to meet business needs

• Reporting on the mission to the Product Owner.

Solar Digital Twin: a web solution, a digital twin of solar power plants, collecting energy data and enabling its exploitation for usage optimization, fault detection, and maintenance. The main missions focused on:

• Estimating project complexity and user story workload.

• Assisting in detailed design and technical direction choices, particularly on the data side.

• Supporting platform developers on data collection, data pipelines, CI/CD deployment pipelines, and AWS cloud.
