- Internal project management:

- Implementation of EDI with the group's LSP (Logistics Service Provider) in Vietnam, using DESADV, RECADV, INSDES, HANMOV, and INVRPT messages.

- Monitoring of Maintenance in functional area with CGI as the subcontracting company.

- Occasional support for incidents and monitoring of evolution requests with Business Process Owners.

Solutions referent for Customer Service, Fresh Produce France scope on the Order-to-Cash chain:

- Management of incidents occurring in the production environment, L1/L2 level.

- Responsible for order reception flows (2300/day) and invoice dispatch (1000/day), as well as order/delivery and delivery/invoice links.

- SAP SD flow configuration.

- Processing of evolution requests according to client needs, solution design, and writing of specifications, monitoring development with technical teams.

- Internal project management:

° Test automation project.

° Co-logistics implementation project with an external partner.

° Truck DESADV implementation project.

° Digital document holder implementation project on computer and tablet for the sales force.

- Management of EDI connections and configurations/mappings for ORDERS, DESADV, and INVOIC message types.

- Validation of evolution requests and cost estimates related to the Order-to-Cash process for a European scope outside France.

Merger and data harmonization project after the acquisition of Procter & Gamble's perfumes and cosmetics, by migrating data from the source structure to a target structure created for the occasion:

- Participation in the design phase of Master Data objects for migration, including, among others, Customer, Material, and Pricing.

- Monitoring of migration testing phases, in close collaboration with the client and Accenture's technical teams. 3 major testing phases were implemented, for which I was responsible for the France Customer Service scope: ° Technical migration to identify potential bugs and technical difficulties. ° Technico-functional migration in collaboration with the business to ensure the entire functional scope was covered. ° Migration under the same conditions for production deployment.

- Participation in the post-migration unit testing phase in the simulation systems (SIT).

- Participation in the acceptance testing phase with Key Users (UAT).

- Monitoring the migration to the target production system for the same scope.

- Participation in the "hypercare" phase, after going live.

- Writing and presentation of the "Knowledge Transfer" for the maintenance teams.
