Management of the test team for a UI migration and backend redesign project, supporting the migration by ensuring the new application is functionally identical to the previous solution. Regular follow-up with various offshore stakeholders, implementation of test strategies for new workflows, backlog management and reporting at the end of sprints, training and skill development for offshore testers.

Management of the test team for the Pricing Squad, a cross-functional and critical squad, supporting the migration of the pricing calculation engine to a Cloud solution that supports machine learning. Regular follow-up with various stakeholders, implementation of test strategies for new features, backlog management and monitoring of adherence to established processes, training and skill development for new joiners, validation of test cases, manual execution of test cases and automation of regression tests. Manual and automated tests of a Redshift database, AWS cloud, application of testing best practices, proposal of new tools and improvement of testing processes and onboarding of new joiners, technical and functional documentation, assistance to the test manager in writing test plans, test strategies, QA reports, animation of daily meetings, management of production incidents. Test automation with Robot Framework, manual tests, analysis of regression reports, management of bug tickets, improvement of existing test strategies, writing of test plans, proposal of several solutions for the improvement of internal processes. API testing via Postman, test automation, management of a team of 3 testers, Git, Ubuntu, Jira, Xray, reporting, proxy configuration, management of production incidents and hotfix testing. Scrum Master: Facilitation of agile ceremonies, estimation, sprint preparation with the PO, etc. Continuous integration, testing and validation: C++, SVN, Jenkins. Integration of GIT and Jenkins, Unit tests in Python 2.7. Development of test scenarios and validation, Python, GIT, JIRA, Unit tests, Validation tests, Regression tests. Front-End Development: Html, CSS, Javascript. Development and definition of test plans, CakePhp, Html, CSS3, Javascript. Network administration and monitoring: TCP/IP protocol.

Integrated into the Data department's tester team, I am responsible for testing the functionality of the Redshift database, which stores all data for Europe's leading stock exchange. I ensure non-regression as new features are added and existing ones are improved. I also work closely with our test manager to ensure the application of best testing practices. I have also proposed several solutions to improve internal processes for managing production anomalies and continuously enriching technical and functional documentation.
