Context
• Within a team of 4 people with our CIO, I participated in the redesign of several key company tools, as well as the development of other modules (features, reporting... etc.) requested by our users. The context was tight as I was almost the only developer to respond to all requests requiring development.
• New project and team restructuring following the purchase of the ChangePoint software package. The challenge was to migrate all parts that the software package should handle from the company's internal applications, and to create communication interfaces between these systems, to ensure data consistency and allow users to use both internal applications and the software package simultaneously. In a team of 12 people, I worked both as a development team leader and a developer. I also imagined and proposed a robust technical solution that I led to completion with the team.
