- Monitoring the quality of static instrument data in Aladdin: validation of enrichment flows, control of key static attributes (ISIN, coupon type and frequency, rate, maturity date, underlying, principal, reference currency, pool factor, etc.) and resolution of anomalies in coordination with Portfolio Management and Middle Office teams.

- Operational monitoring of instrument creation via data providers (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.) and via Directbooks.

- Administration of the instrument and product repository in Aladdin, including complete management of the financial instrument lifecycle, as well as fund and mandate characteristics.

- Production of Solvency II static data for insurance funds and mandates (LEI code, country of issuance, economic sector, asset type, CIC code, duration, credit rating, etc.), with data flow control.

- Management of cross-functional data management projects, including data schema redesign, implementation of automated controls and testing phases (UAT), and drafting of functional specifications in collaboration with IT and MOA teams.

• Daily management of trade settlements and payments, with rigorous monitoring of cash flows and precise execution of daily reconciliations.

• Validation of discounted cash flows and preparation of detailed performance reports, including PnL, traded volumes, and liquidity indicators.

• Execution of confirmations and financial data controls via the Aladdin tool, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of transactions.

• Quality control of market data, using the Aladdin tool for transaction validation, regulatory verification, and data reliability.

• Active participation in continuous improvement committees, in collaboration with business analysts and IT teams, to optimize operational processes and tools.

• Supervision and control of financial interests, with rigorous management of reconciliations in conjunction with trustees and counterparties.

• Production and analysis of monthly and quarterly reports for investors, including precise calculation of waterfalls and highlighting key indicators.

• Management of supplier invoice entry in the SAP ERP, ensuring accurate integration in compliance with accounting standards.

• Contribution to the preparation and declaration of DAS2 2021 (Declaration of fees paid), ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory obligations.

• Provision of key financial information for monthly and annual closing processes, in collaboration with accounting and finance teams.

• Supervision and optimization of the purchasing flow, from procurement to fee payment, with rigorous control of key stages.

• Execution of bank reconciliations, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of financial flows.
