Senior QA for the web part of Edenred+, a multi-tenant (multiple countries), multi-language platform. This solution is developed using the S.A.F.E methodology (4 tribes) and its purpose is to manage employee benefits for client companies. Examples of benefits: meal vouchers, gift cards, domestic help vouchers, in-kind benefits, etc.

Missions:

 Test Management

• Implemented the 3 Amigos approach within a feature team of 9 people

• Designed and executed manual tests for current sprints: API, database, and functional front-end testing

• Designed technical API (back-end) automated tests

• Designed Front End automated tests

• Tested the platform through Salesforce (leads, accounts, opportunities, quotes, and contracts)

• Created test plans/test executions

• Prepared and validated the integration of new tenants into the solution; a tenant is generally a new country to integrate into the solution with its own products and specificities.

• Gave the Go/NoGo for deployment to UAT and PROD

• Wrote and updated project/test documentation on Confluence

 End-to-End Testing:

• Intra-tribe E2E tests: validated the team's functional scope (especially: employees & user experience) before deployment to UAT/Staging and PROD

• Inter-tribe E2E tests: validated the proper integration, configuration, interface contracts, and exchanges between the different projects/platforms constituting the Edenred+ solution

 Bug Management

• Monitored and reported production anomalies using Datadog logs

• Reviewed and prioritized test bugs and ongoing production bugs (with PO and Scrum Master)
