Responsible for electronic signature for all BPE retail entities (Individuals and Professionals) within the Document Lifecycle domain (2DAI 3). Major topics: Technical migration to change partner (SIGNEL to Luxtrust), improvement of service offerings (signatures for legal entities, signing multiple documents in a single session, improving service quality (securing deployments, improving monitoring/alerting, etc.), Security/remediation plan with new partner, etc.) My responsibilities:

• • Management of a squad of 15 people in a critical transformation context, with improved service quality and reduced incidents.

• • Functional and technical supervision of teams;

• • Implementation of IT strategy, and deployment of processes to ensure compliance with new standards (Test coverage rate, application version upgrades, infrastructure and Tool Chain, etc.);

• • Definition of objectives in terms of deadlines, quality, and customer satisfaction, respecting QAP commitments in particular;

• • Handling of Scrum Master activities (Facilitating Daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, sprint planning, planning poker, backlog refinement, etc.);

• • Establishment and analysis of dashboards related to project progress and service activity;

• • Implementation of processes to ensure the quality of deliverables;

• • Support in defining training plans for team skills development;

• • Monitoring of project governance and adherence to management criteria;

• • Cost estimation in conjunction with the tech lead, among others;

Some achievements:

• • Automated unit test coverage rate increased from 45% to 73%.

• • Monthly volume of PFAI-A.M.I (user incidents) reduced by 4 (from 80-110 to 20-25)

• • Electronic signature usage rate increased from 84% to 88% with constantly increasing volumes (with

• • Technologies/tools: very diverse, but notable are Angular, ES6, implementation of a Design System for the mobile application, Figma, Zeplin, Git, etc. Some figures:

• • 60 IAs overhauled from WSPL + HTML to standardized Angular IAs (including RIB, messaging, account information, transfers, etc.)
