Kori is a FinTech specialized in mobile payment methods. We create and market tools that simplify our clients' lives.

Founded in 2019, Kori started as a cashless payment solutions provider, using IoT connected objects as the main innovation tool.

As co-founder and CTO, I was responsible for carrying out the technical strategy in line with the company's global vision, adopting a Lean Startup approach.

● Participation in defining the company's strategic vision: business plan, business model canvas, marketing mix, commercialization, pitch, fundraising, ...

● Definition of the technical strategy, product roadmap, and planning

● Implementation, recruitment, coaching, and mentoring of the technical team

● Implementation of agile (Kanban) and DevOps processes for project management

● Participation in the implementation of the technical architecture

● Deployment and maintenance of the technical infrastructure on Amazon Web Services

As part of a major digital transformation program, I participated in the implementation of a new platform for workflow automation, hosting over twenty modules.

In charge of the Client Lifecycle module, I was responsible for several projects with a team of about 20 people spread across Lausanne, Zurich, Warsaw, Riga, and Pune. My main responsibilities were as follows:

● Coordination of several project teams across different sites in Europe and Asia.

● Agile project management (Scrum)

● Management of the project roadmap with product, technical, infra, and design teams

● Coordination of integrations with other bank projects

● Cost estimation and scoping of new projects

● Participation in workshops: requirements gathering, technical architecture, UX, design

● Weekly reporting to senior managers

● Support management (1st, 2nd, and 3rd level)

● Participation in internal and external audits

As a Senior Consultant, I carried out several contracts within the most prestigious companies in the world such as Airbus, Orange, and EDF.

● EDF: Technical Consultant

As part of the Antares project, we implemented software to automate the execution of safety instructions for a nuclear power plant on a simulator. I was a member of a project team of 8 people.

● Airbus: Technical Consultant

As part of the Airbus ECM program, I participated in the development of the new Airbus customer portal. This project is a central hub where all Airbus customers (Air France, Emirates, Qatar Airways, ...) connect to access the latest news and events, technical documentation, notifications, and access to other group applications. I was a member of an agile team of 7 people. The project took place in an international context with teams in India, Spain, Germany, and in collaboration with Cap-Gemini and CGI.

● MAAF: Performance Audit Consultant

As a consultant, I was responsible for conducting performance and load audit campaigns for several applications of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests. I was part of a pool of 3 consultants.

● Orange: Technical-Functional Consultant

In a multi-project context, with a team of business consultants and engineers, I was responsible for configuring two Orange France network inventory and configuration applications: GRT and B@g@d. In addition to these tasks, I participated in the development of various internal applications such as Datascope, MEGA, and Cocpit in an agile context.
