• Definition and management of the product vision and roadmap

• Prioritization of AI features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility

• Gathering and formalizing business needs

• Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and AI user journeys

• Management of multidisciplinary teams: AI, Data, Front-end

• Facilitation of agile rituals (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, PI, etc.)

• Coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders

• Contribution to the definition of AI performance indicators (relevance, explainability, usage rate)
