At ADNOV, I led the evolution of a notary transcription and recording platform, strategically integrating artificial intelligence to accelerate development cycles and optimize user experience.

Key Results:

Test Automation: Deployed an AI testing architecture that automatically generates and validates critical test cases, reducing time-to-market and QA workload.

AI Assistant for Project Management: Integrated AI into the Jira/Confluence ecosystem to speed up specification creation, user story analysis, and product iteration.

Business Intelligence: Designed predictive analytics tools (customer behavior, usage credit optimization) for better retention and monetization.

Continuous Product Optimization: Used data and AI to identify usage patterns and recommend functional improvements.

Approach: Treat AI as a capability multiplier to accelerate product discovery, validation, and iteration—increasing speed without sacrificing quality.

The project involves the redesign of the ePortal, a strategic tool for ordering and purchasing spare parts for NH90 helicopters. Already in production, the ePortal has numerous malfunctions, particularly related to data quality and poor synchronization between Master Data (managed under SAP) and the front-end.

The main objective is to ensure the reliability of these exchanges to guarantee the accuracy of information. Specific work is also being done on managing user access and roles to secure sensitive data in a regulated environment.

The project aims to digitize notary services, focusing on apostilles and document legalization. Four applications have been developed: one for signature management, another for processing and signing public deeds, a third for submitting apostille or legalization requests, and finally one for verifying the authenticity of signed documents. Particular attention is paid to Identity and Access Management (IAM) to ensure the confidentiality, traceability, and security of sensitive data processed. This will improve the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of notary services.
