About Halim

With +15 years of experience in Tech recruitment and an IT background, I have a very strong understanding of the different IT professions (R&D, Infra, Delivery, PO/PM, etc.) and the technologies available on the market.

Being a tech recruiter today is not just knowing how to search for a profile with booleans or automation tools (which I have known how to do for several years already, among the pioneers in the French-speaking market), but it is also having a very complete general culture of this world, keeping up to date and monitoring all the technologies on the market (after 6 months you are already has been), it is having complete exchanges and even debating with your candidates on technical choices or challenging them on their research (you will earn their respect especially for expert profiles), and it is above all human, building a relationship with its candidates (like an agent in football I would say :p).

In short, you will have understood, for many years, I get up, I have breakfast, lunch and sleep in this environment, and I love this job!
