Hala Messaoui

Within the multidisciplinary team of A+R PAYSAGES, I had the opportunity to gain valuable experience working on various aspects of the profession. I deepened my skills in feasibility studies, which allowed me to better understand the technical, environmental, and regulatory constraints specific to each project. In terms of landscape design, I had the chance to collaborate closely with architects, urban planners, and engineers, which helped me develop a more integrated and creative approach to design.

In parallel, I actively participated in execution studies, where I was able to refine my skills in developing detailed technical plans and writing technical documents. This allowed me to master all the graphic and written tools necessary for communicating our ideas and executing projects. I was also involved in the company selection phase, where I learned to evaluate bids, negotiate with service providers, and supervise work, thus ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality of achievements. This experience allowed me to develop a global vision of the landscape creation process, from design to execution, including project management.
