    As Solution Owner for Corporate Performance Management and de facto Platform Lead within the OneSAP+ organization, I am responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of an integrated, cross-technology CPM platform – from problem definition to productive implementation.

    What I built:
    • Restructured and empowered the CPM team – established agile ways of working, introduced 4 hybrid app PO roles, and built a scalable delivery model with an external development partner.
    • Consolidated fragmented planning tools into an integrated platform – bundled management of costs, risks, resources, and capacities for 600+ stakeholders in one system.
    • Developed and successfully launched the Strategic Capacity Planning App (FPM-S) from scratch in 5 months.
    • Introduced a new technology stack (AAP) – Risk App 2.0 currently in pilot.
    • Developed the CPM Connect Strategy 2030 – target vision for integrated planning of infrastructure projects.
    • Conceived a central data product on SAP Datasphere – a single source of truth to reduce manual Excel processes and media breaks, and ensure near real-time data availability across all applications.
