Study and define the application, software, and technical architecture for each of the projects below, get it approved at the Corporate level, and provide the necessary support for production deployment and use by CARDIF entities internationally (Colombia, Peru, Brazil, ..):

• Call analyzer: Transcription of speech to text and sentiment analysis of welcome calls or post-sales surveys made by company advisors.

• CardX: Recognition of electronic documents and authenticity check.

• Share data to scale/CARDIF.AI: Sharing of data and AI models between entities.

• Email triaging: Sorting and classification of emails based on business rules.

• Model monitoring: Scientific monitoring module for supervising AI models.

• Cloud datalab Migration – Cloud TO Cloud technical migration: Migration of the datalab platform from OBS cloud to dMZR cloud (IBM) Deliverables requested per project:

• GAD (Global architecture document)

• Presentation support for the solution to CASA (Corporate level architecture committee)

• Specification for the DevOps/ MLOps team (Spaces, pipelines, users/roles,..)
