Role and context:

RIVER is a transformation program for collective processes and tools within AXA France.

The OPEN solution from GFP Tech has been selected for managing contracts, contributions, and benefits. It has been in production since January 2021 for health and is currently being deployed for provident.

In my role as Product Owner under the Product Manager's responsibility, I lead the health-related topics for the membership and contribution scopes, in collaboration with various business and IT contributors.

Main missions:

Contribute to product definition:

• Participate in scoping

• Gather and challenge requirements

• Propose solutions in collaboration with various contributors

• Present requirements to vendors, challenge analysis and quotes received

• Contribute to decision-making documents for arbitration

Oversee work:

• Coordinate various business and IT contributors

• Lead Agile rituals: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement meetings, etc.

• Lead weekly project committees

• Develop and track the product backlog: MMF, User Stories, etc.

• Monitor development progress

• Monitor testing progress: test plans, tests, acceptance reports, etc.

• Coordinate end-to-end work with different stakeholders for each component

• Ensure compliance with commitments from internal teams and vendors.

Lead the scope end-to-end:

• Identify and track dependencies with other domains

• Contribute to risk identification and propose mitigation strategies

Role and context:

Within GALIAN Courtage, the French leader in financial guarantees and a major player in insurance and brokerage for real estate professionals, my role as PO is to lead the RCACO project from scoping to production.

The RCACO project aims to digitalize the subscription process for Civil Liability and Legal Protection guarantees for sales agents (Apéisation).

Main missions:

• Scope requirements with business stakeholders

• Plan releases with contributors

• Lead and monitor progress of work across the Back, Middle, and Front layers

• Coordinate project contributors (Business, IT)

• Identify APIs to be exposed

• Participate in technical solution choices (API sequencing)

• Specify and manage the priority of US/TS to be developed across the three layers

• Organize and lead project committees and steering committees.

Role and context:

Within the RIVER project, which aims to modernize AXA France's Health and Collective IT systems by replacing them with the OPEN solution from GFP, I am acting as Product Owner for the "Apéisation" of the "Mon Axa Web" insured portal.

This project involves connecting the functionalities of this portal to GFP's APIs to retrieve data (migrated contracts + AN) from the new OPEN Back-end.

Main missions:

• Scope requirements with business stakeholders

• Plan releases with internal and external contributors

• Lead EIP layer development

• Map AXA and GFP APIs to identify development needs

• Write User Stories/Technical Stories for the EIP team

• Lead Agile rituals for the EIP team: US review; 3 Amigos; Pair testing, etc.

• Identify and track dependencies with other domains/projects

• Contribute to risk identification and propose mitigation strategies
