Current assignment with a major client focused on the maintenance, updating, and evolution of Power BI systems used for the automation and monitoring of intercompany accounting flows.

• Business partnering with the Sales Department on budget construction, sales pipeline structuring, and support for annual/quarterly negotiations.

• Management of a strategic portfolio (24 clients, 184 references), with P&L analysis and offer modeling.

• Design of multidimensional sales reporting (channel, client, product, category) for 2 entities, with forecasts, variance analyses, and recommendations to management.

• Calculation of transfer prices and multi-subsidiary coordination to ensure the reliability of flows and improve decision-making.

• Contribution to key financial processes: monthly closings, quarterly costing of +500 items, and calculation of provisions for perishable goods.

• Management of agencies regarding budget and performance: consolidation and analysis of general expenses, estimation of the year-end landing, construction of the N+1 budget, and leading meetings with agency directors and local managements to adjust or confirm budgetary assumptions.

• Implementation and automation of monthly rental management reporting by agency and by entity, with monitoring of key KPIs (rents, arrears, debt ratio, vacancy rate).

• Contribution to quarterly and semi-annual closings depending on the group's entities: anomaly control, PGR monitoring, CAP control, and income statement analysis.

• Optimization of control/reporting processes using advanced Excel (macros and formulas), with documentation of internal procedures to ensure the reliability and standardization of practices.
