Support for the financial monitoring of 2 projects: construction of student housing - Palaiseau, (Revenue €20M) and major renovation of a residential asset - Paris 20th, (Revenue €24M) in collaboration with the management control manager, the construction teams, procurement, and accounting, in order to ensure the reliability of budgets and financial forecasts, missions carried out:

• Reliability of financial data and production of reports for management reviews

• Development, updating, and monitoring of the updated provisional budget for the operation

• Identification and communication of financial or contractual risks

• Monitoring compliance with purchasing procedures and internal processes

• Collection, analysis, and synthesis of site experience feedback

• Contribution to the improvement of management tools

Active contribution to the various stages of the Austerlitz station modernization project - Paris 13th, (Revenue €15M), in close collaboration with the construction, methods, and technical teams, missions carried out:

• Consultation of subcontractors and monitoring of work progress

• Administrative coordination and human resource management

• Quantification of needs and necessary resources

• Financial control of work statements
