Haikel Gara

I manage marketing actions (website, ad campaigns) and sales, but I focus primarily on UX Research within the framework of our co-design phase with our partners. I conduct user interviews, tests, discovery phases, and Design Sprint workshops. My goal: to ensure that each evolution of our product aligns with real-world needs and is based on a rigorous, iterative, and user-centered approach. UX (workshop, courses, and thesis supervision), Marketing & Digital Strategy (courses taught in English).

My main mission was to structure the company and support its growth from 0 to 17 employees in less than six months. I ensured cross-functional management of key departments, particularly UX Research, product strategy, and marketing. I oversaw all marketing activities while coordinating user research efforts (tests, interviews, discovery). In parallel, I managed HR, financial, administrative, and legal aspects, and contributed to obtaining public grants and funding (BPI, private loans).

I teach UX courses such as UX Design, UX Research, UX Writing, Design Sprint. I also support students with their UX/UI theses.
