I've been a freelance automation engineer since 2020, with over 10 years of experience in automated testing.
What drove me to freelancing was the freedom to choose my projects, the teams I work with, and to truly invest myself where I bring value.
What do I bring concretely? At Richemont, there were three of us. We replaced an existing framework that was no longer viable, rebuilt it from scratch, and most importantly, successfully onboarded all other teams onto it. The hardest part wasn't the technical aspect, but getting people to buy in. And we did it.
That's the real value I bring: not just writing tests, but building something that lasts and that teams truly adopt.
