ESSEC graduate after preparatory classes, I started in consulting (HTS Consulting, ranked №2 by Vault in 2019-2020). As project manager, I conducted market research, start-up due diligence, and business plans. There, with a data scientist, I co-created the skills framework for WiserSKILLS (sold to Neobrain, €22M raised): my first immersion in data & SaaS.

At Pathfinder (The Family), I helped large groups (airlines, real estate, banking) think like start-ups: recruiting entrepreneurs, intrapreneurship programs, field validation of new offerings, developing pitch decks and business models.

At Memo Bank, I worked on content and product marketing for key launches (API, payments, term deposits): product positioning, email/newsletter campaigns (3,000 subscribers), customer case studies, SEO articles.

Creation of zenmap.co, a B2C web app in real estate, which helps individuals find their ideal neighborhood:

- 20 user interviews (The Mom Test) → pivot to search engine;

- Stack: PostgreSQL, Heroku, Mapbox GL JS, Rest API, Bubble (no-code), open-data (SMSSI, INSEE, DVF);

- Weekly iterations, landing page creation, first beta tests;

- SEO strategy, Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads.

- Vision → Execution: strategic framing, business model, roadmap, testable MVP.

- Start-up methods: design thinking, lean canvas, interviews, user tests, KPIs.

- Data & open data: sourcing, cleaning, valorization, mapping.

- COMEX presentations: data-driven narrative, facilitating quick decision-making.

- Intrapreneurial acceleration: program structuring, team coaching.
