Thus, I draft, among other things: general terms and conditions (sales, warranties, services, use, etc.); contracts (in French or English); specific contractual clauses; updates/redrafts of legal documents; creation of commercial companies; drafting of articles of association, shareholders' agreements; debt collection letters; etc.

I also have solid skills regarding digital technology. I therefore offer to assist you in your compliance efforts: drafting legal notices, T&Cs, GTC, data protection policy, cookie charter, etc.

Highly responsive, I can intervene quickly, mainly remotely but also on-site, throughout France and worldwide, in French, English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

My fees can be calculated at an hourly, daily, or fixed rate, and will be adapted to your situation and your project.

I hold the INPI PASS PI certification, which allows, under certain conditions, for 50% of your legal services related to intellectual property to be covered by INPI.
