General context: The Gazpar smart meter project is one of the largest in France. It will affect over 11 million natural gas customers and will be deployed nationwide by 2023. As part of the Gazpar program, the SID-AMR project covers the processes for deploying meters and concentrators.

Project subject: Web & mobile application to cover the concentrator deployment process.

I acted as a functional integrator (Development Business Analyst) within a team of 4, liaising with our development teams (around 15 people, developers and architects) and with our project's Business Unit (8-10 people) on the client side, all within a purely V-Cycle project.

I was responsible for the evolutions and anomalies of 3 applications within this domain.

I serve as the link between the Client (Business Unit) and stakeholders from other IT systems impacting SID (Netika, for example) and the Development team. I am also responsible for the conformity of solutions to the needs expressed by the client, which involves collecting explicit or implicit needs, external and internal constraints from the Business Unit contributors, as well as analyzing and resolving functional anomalies encountered in production.

I was responsible for the technical and functional redesign of the Cat-Amania employee portal (website and application within a team of 6 business analysts, 8 developers, and 1 project manager.

More efficient and understandable employee portal for the 950 consultants at Cat-Amania (timesheets, leave requests, expense claims…)
