    As the technical lead for the BI information system, I was responsible for implementing change requests from business analysts or directly from users (Marketing, Actuarial, Accounting, Management) across all functional areas: individuals, contracts, contributions, and benefits in Health and Provident sectors. As a key contact for several projects or 'continuous improvements,' I performed the following:
    • Gathering user requirements and writing functional specifications
    • Designing the solution and data model
    • Coordinating stakeholders (data providers, production teams)
    • Writing technical specifications, installation guides, and operational guides
    • Developing ODI data feed processes
    • Developing Cognos framework, packages, and reports

    Ø Project: Maintenance of data exchanges with MNT partners
    Data received by MNT from its partners, MUTEX and SMACL, are integrated into the DIVE datalake using BIG DATA technologies: files are deposited in an HDFS space and then loaded into a Hive database through Python (Spark framework) processes orchestrated with Oozie. This data then feeds the BI system and CRM. As the manager responsible for the maintenance of these flows, I developed enhancements and fixes for these processes using GitLab for versioning and delivering components.     Ø Project: Technical Redesign of Internal Control BI
    The Internal Control reporting (ISO, QPA reports) for MGEN is generated from heterogeneous databases (ISO, PMS) and outside MGEN's enterprise data warehouse (EDE). The technical redesign project for Internal Control BI aims to achieve several objectives while continuing to meet the needs covered by existing reporting:
    • Replace the DataManager ETL, which is no longer maintained by its publisher, with Oracle Data Integrator and replace the Cognos reporting tool with Power BI.
    • Streamline the production of Internal Control indicators by integrating them into the enterprise data warehouse in line with the BI architecture and standards.
    As an operational project manager within the Internal Control Business Analyst team, I performed the following:
    • Designed the target data models (tables to be added to the enterprise data warehouse, structures composing the new Internal Control datamart).
    • Wrote functional specifications and conducted testing for the data feeds to the new structures.
    • Developed a Proof of Concept (POC) for the new reporting solution using Power BI (data modeling in Power BI and development of the pilot report).
    • Estimated costs, created schedules, and led weekly project meetings with the MOA and MOE teams.

As a production coordinator within the BI Technical Lead team, I designed and implemented mechanisms to automatically trigger processes without third-party intervention, considering constraints such as source data availability checks, process scheduling, and automated error recovery.

    Ø Project: Redesign of Manual Indicator File Processing
    Users of the BI system (Sideral) provide indicator files that are manually extracted from SAS and must be loaded into a detailed Datamart and an aggregated Datamart of the BI system. As a production coordinator within the BI Technical Lead team, I designed and implemented the redesign of these loading processes:
    • By harmonizing business rules implemented separately for each of the 21 files with the MOA, and by replacing file-specific processes with cross-functional processes compliant with a standard BI architecture (ODS, Foundation, Datamarts).
    • By automating all actions that were previously performed manually, including file transfers and checks, loading scheduling and execution, and sending status updates and information about the loads to users.
    • By implementing automatic email reminders to individuals producing the files when the predefined loading schedule is not met.
