From education to digital, the same common thread: putting people at the heart of communities.

For 17 years, I practiced a deeply human profession.

Every day, I supported children and young adults, animated their daily lives, soothed their doubts, encouraged their progress, and united groups around common values.

This profession fascinated me and taught me the essentials: to listen, to understand, to reassure, and to build connections.

Then came 2020.

A pivotal period, marked by questioning and reflection.

The desire to evolve became imperative, without disowning my journey, but by giving it a new form.

After more than a year of reflection and training, I chose to retrain as a community manager.

A natural choice: to continue animating communities, but this time in the digital world.

Today, I create and manage engaged, authentic, and benevolent online communities, always placing people at the center of the communication strategy.

Because deep down, whether real or digital, communities are above all human.
