Project: Intervention within Swiss Life, on the AGIRA system (Eckert law)to ensure the Group's compliance in the fight against dormant contracts: steering the detection of deaths (consultation of the RNIPP), consolidation/validation of multi-source data and coordination of exchanges with about twenty delegates.

Objective: to secure the identification of deaths, the updating of databases and the settlement of contracts in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Intervention in the context of modernizing analysis and reporting tools within the Commercial Performance Study department of the BPCE Group, responsible for **steering the migration of all SAS processes to new platforms (Alteryx and Altair)**.

In parallel with migration steering,I designed and automated executive monitoring systems, particularly for real estate credit monitoring, as well as other strategic reports(commercial performance dashboards, network and portfolio indicators), consolidated and validated for executives and senior management, to secure decisions and industrialize the dissemination of key indicators.

Previously, I framed with the Marketing teams, identified risks and coordinated with the Risk Department; then Idesigned and developed campaigns under SAS and Unica(selection, targeting, configuration), before ensuring their acceptance testing and production delivery.

In parallel, Icreated dedicated marketing datamarts and automated recurring processes/programsto secure data quality, reduce production times, and ensure campaign performance. I alsosupervised and supported the skill development of an apprentice and a consultant(SAS, Unica, development standards, quality controls, and good acceptance testing practices).
