As a certified coach (individual coaching / team building / organizational management), I help individuals to achieve themselves professionally and personally by helping them find their own solutions. Problem solving, alignment of values and personal expectations, personal development, support during specific moments of professional life (promotion, retraining, transfer, reorganization, transition, etc.) are my daily lot and, above all, my vocation to be!

I also work with companies to deploy team building operations, with the support of partner coaches.
