Flat rates per turnover (full cleaning + key management + setup):

🏠 Studio or T1 Flat is €55 (Cleaning + Check-in/out + Consumables setup)

🏡 T2 Apartment Flat is €75 (Cleaning + Check-in/out + Consumables setup)

🏢 T3 Apartment Flat is €95 (Cleaning + Check-in/out + Consumables setup)

🏰 Large property / T4 and more available upon quote

🔑 Check-in or Check-out only without cleaning is €30

🛠️ Maintenance and minor repairs are €35 (excluding labor costs and consumables supply)

🛒 Grocery Restocking Option is €20 (excluding supply costs)

🤝 Possibility to study the implementation of a seasonal flat-rate subscription upon quote

🚗 Mileage allowance if outside Marseille
