My Vision
I am a UX design trainer and consultant. Through my experience in projects with varied scopes, from startups to industries and large corporations, I have observed:
- Companies consume UX design skills without supporting them with a solid culture.
- There is confusion between UX (User Experience Design) and UI (User Interface Design).
- Projects generate frustration due to a significant gap between expectations, results, and their longevity.
I am convinced that my work as an UX designer with companies must be supported by awareness-building and simplification. It's a collaboration that goes beyond simply creating mockups. It's a deep understanding of your values, your products, and your clients' needs.
My Professional Approach
1. A meeting to establish the foundations of a trusting relationship by sharing our respective worlds.
2. An audit of your current digital system + stakeholder meetings, followed by recommendations. These will serve as the basis for defining the project scope and its various stages.
3. Creation of mockups and prototypes + documentation.
4. Possibility to add UX design awareness training to enable teams to use and evolve my deliverables and UX tools with consistency and integrity.
