→ Claude Skills — reusable instructions that your teams trigger without complex prompts. Marketing, support, ops, legal: each department has its assistant calibrated to your processes.
→ AI Agents, MCP & RAG — agents connected to your internal tools (CRM, product database, docs, business APIs) via the MCP protocol, with semantic search on your data (Supabase, vector databases). Claude queries your data. For multi-step workflows, I orchestrate with LangGraph.
→ End-to-end automations — Make, n8n, custom APIs, Node.js / TypeScript. When no-code isn't enough, I code.
→ Observability & evaluation — Langfuse to track every LLM call, regression tests on critical prompts, quality metrics. Because an agent that isn't measured will eventually drift.

A business understanding. I know how to read a P&L, structure an acquisition strategy, write for LinkedIn. When I deploy Claude for your marketing or ops teams, I understand what they actually do.
