My approach combines simulations, collaborative workshops, and shared reflection time to concretely work on communication, coordination, cooperation, and decision-making dynamics.

I use both in-person and outdoor formats, depending on the objectives and contexts of the teams being supported.

Fieldwork and lived experiences often reveal real operating modes more clearly: information flow, leadership, uncertainty management, role distribution, adaptability, or cooperation mechanisms.

In-person workshops, on the other hand, allow for the collective construction of solutions to real problems.

These support activities can take place in various contexts: onboarding new recruits, leadership development, innovation and initiative reinforcement, change management, or initiatives related to sustainable development and transitions.
