MAIN PROJECTS - Design and development of several iOS and Android applications including:

• A marketing tool within a pharmaceutical company that allows sales representatives to quickly access their various resources

• A tourism application within a town hall that offers users personalized activities based on their interests and allows them to choose and follow their own itinerary while exploring the city. A website with private access was also developed so that municipal administrators can create and modify points of interest at their convenience.

Modernization of communication means for customs officers in the field by evolving from the existing Tetra digital radio system to a target Android Smartphone system:

• Project management and team management (up to 10 people, client and consultant)

• Definition of the program organization to be put in place (activities, governance, roles and responsibilities, calendar, budget, agility of the system according to the deployment load, etc.)

• Coordination of MOA / MOE / External service providers actions

Implementation of a mobile POC to facilitate the control of packages in transit:

Study on the reform of the Housing Allowance following the implementation of withholding tax:

• Definition of the data recovery strategy from the identified partners
