In my current role, I hold ultimate responsibility for managing IT services; successfully implementing company's global processes and tools in the region. Furthermore, I oversee all aspects of selecting key vendors to perform an SAP reimplementation to implement new business process designed by the business area, along with leading IT part of the project. Interact with a local IT team and business owners in creating and managing new plan for IT infrastructure / solution and software development. Along with that, I collaborate with global teams in planning, execution, and delivery of significant projects. Manage IT vendors relations and contracts. Conduct regular status meetings with leaders about key projects and priorities. Here are my key achievements or significant contributions:

- Completed key project to upgrade the local SAP BO along with updating all the technology infrastructure.

- Steered the execution of global IT processes/projects and implementation of new SAP configuration.

- Played a vital role in developing and managing the regional IT budget and investment plans for five years.

I actively participated in the design, execution, and closure of international IT projects within agreed scope.
