I started working at Caja de Compensacion y Asignacion Familiar Los Heroes during the SAP Project phase, so I had to participate in the planning of the project and particularly in the infrastructure evaluation stage for the implementation of SAP. During this stage, I developed negotiation skills with suppliers, later I participated in the infrastructure bidding process, then in the installation of the hardware in the data center and the installation of the SAP systems (ABAP and JAVA, Netweaver, ERP, CRM, XI, Portal). During the SAP development stage, I actively participated as support for the implementing company. Some of the tasks performed were the creation of roles and profiles in SAP, user administration, optimization of system performance parameters, stress tests, Saprouter configuration, go-live. During the operation stage of the systems, I became part of a team of SAP consultants, whose objective was to keep the systems running and in a continuous improvement regime. Some of the tasks performed were system auditing, second and third level support, SAP license auditing, system monitoring, optimization of system and database parameters.

In charge of telecommunications links and network of the corporate building. Engineer performing maintenance and execution of projects in the central networks of the Santiago Stock Exchange. In this last position I served as Backup of the Security Administrator. Some of the specific tasks were the planning and supervision of maintenance activities, configuration of cisco equipment, firewall one, netscreen, 3com, monitoring of central networks and telecommunications, creation of software installation procedures, evaluation of desktop equipment for technological renovation and technical training oratories. Working at the Santiago Stock Exchange allowed me to grow professionally, I always dedicate special attention to security and risk minimization in the execution of all jobs.

Specialist in Administration at Entel My function here is to plan, manage and control the work done in the company's datacenters. Here I work with Mr. Hugo Arenas and Mauricio Astete, both project managers of the communications area of Banco de Chile.
