• o Responsibility for the migration of the existing Oracle/Jaspersoft reporting landscape to a modern Snowflake-Tableau platform

• o Active participation in the phased modernization of Oracle-based data pipelines towards a cloud-based Snowflake architecture

• o Analysis and adaptation of existing Oracle-SQL/PLSQL components during the migration to ensure stable parallel operation during the migration

• o Conception of the target architecture and data models in Snowflake as well as creation of reusable views, semantic layers, and performant data structures for reporting and ad-hoc analyses

• o Ensuring parallel operation: stable continuation of the existing Oracle/Jaspersoft report pipelines while new Tableau dashboards are created and put into production

• o Close collaboration with business departments to prioritize reports to be migrated, harmonize KPIs, and coordinate layouts

• o Automation, monitoring, and performance optimization of daily report runs (cron jobs/batch jobs) including error analysis and stabilization

• o First wave of the most important management reports successfully migrated to Snowflake/Tableau, thereby increasing transparency and self-service options for business departments

• o 2nd-level support, incident analysis, and troubleshooting for reporting applications (Jaspersoft/MicroStrategy/Tableau)

• o Application operation, authorization management, deployment coordination, and communication with external software partners

• o Technical support and further development of several DWH and BI applications in the wholesale landscape

• o Consulting for business departments on reporting, DWH, and analytics topics

• o Implementation of new analytical applications and interface adjustments in the BI environment

• o Creation of system and process documentation as well as ad-hoc analyses

• Responsible for the technical maintenance and further development of several DWH, BI, and analytical applications for the wholesale landscape

• Consulting business departments and user support for the systems in use and their utilization

• Development and support of supplementary applications as well as new analytical applications for the BI and analytics landscape

• Customizing customer-specific interfaces and adjustments to the DWH and BI system

• Creation of system and process documentation as well as evaluations and ad-hoc reports

• Participation in IT projects
