Leading 25 people on a 5x24 shift, my main responsibilities have been:

• Define the Annual Management Plan (including Capex) together with the CEO.

• Ensure the achievement of KPIs; OEE, defects, costs, accidents, OTIF, complaints...

• Define the commercial plan, observe the market and adapt the strategy to its changes.

• Ensure the safety of people and facilities.

• Participate in negotiations with the staff; agreements, schedules...

• Control the budgets of each of the Departments.

• Implement ISO, IATF certifications... and promote an environment of continuous improvement.

• Motivate, direct and develop the professional lives of my collaborators.

• Ensure compliance with Safety, Environment, and Compliance commitments.

• Represent the Organization before different stakeholders.

In this stage, I am proud to have contributed to increasing the productivity of the main reference by 25% and the plant's EBITDA by 7%.

With the objective of improving the negative result of the Plant during the last 3 years, my main responsibilities as top management were the same as in my stage at MEK Group, reporting directly to the CEO and with the urgent need to increase process efficiency and P&L results.

During my time at Foodiverse, we managed to improve operating costs and profitability by 3 million euros, turning around a seemingly structural loss situation and regaining the Group's confidence in this Plant.
