Currently, I hold the role of Tech Lead for a high-performing squad composed of senior profiles and Front Tech Lead for two additional squads, with functions of Project Manager and Product Owner. My main objective is to ensure the successful delivery of projects and effective coordination between teams.

I took on the role of Tech Lead Front-End in a high-performing team composed exclusively of senior profiles for an MVP project with very demanding delivery deadlines and a high technical level. My focus was on leading the development team to ensure timely delivery and technical excellence of the product, actively participating in code development alongside the team to meet the required deadlines and quality.
