Guillaume Wilfrid

Entrepreneur and technophile, after a few years in the banking sector, I founded and managed for five years a studio specializing in mobile and web application development.

At the end of these five years, a merger with a design group (architecture, retail, packaging, digital) led me to imagine, propose and develop innovative solutions adapted to various fields (robotics in retail, IoT solutions for architects, etc.).

Subsequently, I joined the launch of a Chinese VTC player with European ambitions. Working in a highly competitive and international context forced us to react quickly and innovate to offer competitive solutions with strong budgetary constraints compared to the sector.

Finally, I set up a SaaS specializing in Capex management for industry.

These experiences, within small teams as well as large groups, have enriched my technical palette as well as my know-how in terms of organization, management and monitoring of production teams.

I have developed several web and mobile platforms, from scratch to production, which has allowed me to develop several expertise:

- web architecture, API, graphql, services

- back-end: python, php, nodeJS

- front-end: React, Vue

- mobile: Swift / Kotlin

Today I am involved in various types of missions:

- interim / transition / part-time CTO, to support companies during a particular phase of their development, to work on their technical strategy, the definition of architectures, specifications, the organization of technical teams / processes / methods, etc...

- technical audit: evaluation of the quality, "maintainability", robustness of the source code

- organizational audit: organization of technical teams, tools, collaboration with other teams

- "emergency" mission: bug fixing, performance issues, implementation of complex features
