Equipment & network operations management:

Monitoring and management of radio equipment (NodeB / eNodeB)

Contribution to SWAP operations (equipment migration and replacement)

Intervention in multi-vendor environments (Ericsson / E///)

Reporting & performance monitoring:

Production of operational and network performance reports

Monitoring of KPIs and continuous improvement of service quality

Communication with technical and project teams

Incident management:

Management of incidents until their resolution
