Passionate about new technologies and with experience as a developer, I transitioned to Product Manager over 4 years ago.

With my dual expertise in IT and product, my background allows me to deeply understand the technical challenges of a product while maintaining a strategic and user-centered vision.

⚙️ During my various experiences, I have accumulated diverse and varied skills:

- Scoping and design of new projects from scratch

- Analysis and collection of needs from stakeholders

- Roadmap planning and backlog management

- Design thinking and wireframing sessions with UX designers

- Writing product documentation (functional & technical specifications, User stories, tool documentation)

- Management of technical teams and monitoring of the Delivery phase

- QA testing

- Use of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

- Partnership monitoring with external structures
