I am passionate. About what? About IT (developer side), about learning (trainer side) and about management/leadership (project manager side).
Okay, if you're thinking this is like many profiles you've seen before, I tell you no! The human element is central to my work, even though I also love being in front of my computer and my favorite code editor (let's cut to the chase: Visual Studio Code).
So I put as much effort into the code I write as into how I manage teams. Without this human element and skill-boosting aspect, there's no good training, no good project. I love guiding people towards a very ambitious goal and managing the high points as well as the low points.
