• Design of a custom backend based on WordPress used as an internal API, including a custom database to store real estate price history.

• Automated scraping of Rightmove to continuously collect new listings, initial prices, and price changes.

• Data analysis and display: showing price history directly on listings, highlighting price drops.

• Product lifecycle management: design, development, maintenance, functional evolution, and usage monitoring.
