Graduated from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) in 2016 and HEC in 2017 (Entrepreneurship major) to fully immerse myself in the reality of entrepreneurship (Entrepreneurial Finance, Business Plan construction, Marketing & Communication, Management, Innovation Strategy, Creativity), I then joined Big Mamma Group, the brand that is shaking up the codes of "hospitality" in Europe (France, UK, Spain, and now Germany).

First as General Manager for the opening of La Bellezza - Lille (155 seats, 50 employees), aka the first establishment outside of Paris. I then became passionate about openings.
After the opening of Libertino - Paris 10 (220 seats, 60 employees) in 2019, I led the launch of Big Mamma in Spain in early 2020 as Operations Director (COO) with the opening of Bel Mondo - Madrid (300 seats, 90 employees) then Villa Capri (140 seats, 50 employees).

I then continued my career as CEO France at Goiko, the leader of Gourmet burgers in Spain (101 restaurants) to develop the brand in France. My responsibilities cover 360° of real estate development (45 visits for 3 openings between Paris, Lyon, and soon Lille), Marketing strategy, operations, and human resources (65 employees including 4 in the holding company).
