Lead Frontend specialized in Angular, I support teams from product conception to scaling.

I get involved from the very beginning of a project to define the scope, establish a suitable architecture, and lay solid foundations, considering product needs, team dynamics, and long-term performance.

My role is to bring clarity:

– align technical decisions with actual product requirements

– implement pragmatic conventions and best practices

– guide and support the team (both senior and junior)

– ensure a maintainable, performant, and scalable front-end

I also work on existing projects when the first signs of friction appear

(unclear scope, unheeded conventions, tensions in PRs),

to prevent technical or human debt from accumulating.

Objective:

a robust front-end, an autonomous team,

and the ability to say: mission accomplished.
