After professional experience in organizational management consulting, I took the leap and created my own company to help my clients gain growth and operational efficiency in a world where IT tools are omnipresent.

For over 6 years, I have been conducting comprehensive analyses of business teams' processes and needs. I then propose recommendations on the changes to be made and on the right digital tools to choose or develop in-house.

A strong believer in Lean Startup, I translate my recommendations into an accessible roadmap that can be implemented quickly and limits risks. The goal is to maximize gains with limited financial and time investment.

An engineer by training, a developer in my free time, I completed an MBA and spent several years in organizational management consulting, where I developed skills in lean management, among others.

This multidisciplinary background allows me to understand both the strategic and operational challenges of my clients, in order to propose relevant "process and tech" solutions.
