Mission: Support the Contract Management team in its organizational transformation and ensure the definition of the "IT Sourcing Strategy" project

• Support the IT department in building its sourcing strategy: vision, pillars, delivery models, business case, organizational impact management

• Monitor and challenge the purchasing department on behalf of the IT department during the construction of purchasing strategies and tenders

• Transform and digitize contract manager tools

• Support the upskilling of contract managers

• Assist management in reorganizing contract management and procurement teams

Mission: Take over the purchasing segment following a departure and provide contractual expertise for the buyer team - €10 million

• Design the segment's purchasing strategy, business cases, and risk management

• Build, lead, and manage new purchases (Procure to Delivery) and commitments

• Monitor improvement plans and risk management with suppliers (Global Management)

• Assist Managers in claim management

• Build management dashboards

• Ensure legal coordination and contractual negotiations for the IT purchasing team
