Hi, I’m Guillaume. I help creative teams put generative AI into production.

I design AI systems for teams that create, produce, and make decisions every day: agents, multimodal workflows, supervision interfaces, video generation tools, and automation systems for creative or operational tasks.

My work sits at the intersection of product, AI, and creativity. I help teams frame the right use cases, design agentic workflows, prototype interfaces, orchestrate models, and turn ideas into usable production systems.

I believe AI becomes valuable when it fits into real workflows: from brief to research, production, validation, iteration, and delivery.

My goal is simple: make generative AI concrete, reliable, and useful for the people who actually work with it.
