This project and my impact within the structure are the result of my previous experiences.
By working with a medium-sized client with outdated processes, our team was able to implement some changes, and I was able to propose solutions that were quickly adopted based on my experience at Capgemini, without overdoing it, in order to preserve the DNA of the initial structure and avoid creating shock for the historically present employees.
