Managed a project/series purchasing portfolio of multi-family technical parts (plastic injection, aluminum, electronics, metal, electromechanical) (turnover €36M) corresponding to the strategic annual plan. Managed and led a cost reduction program with targets set by Somfy management (implementation of dashboards and performance indicators). Participated in the multi-disciplinary project for the convergence of the Somfy and BFT France/Italy brand product lines.

Managed a portfolio of production consumables and maintenance parts (€21M), group scope: industry, logistics, and R&D. Expense mapping. Defined and deployed a purchasing strategy per segment. Managed and monitored the GMI unit (supplier panel optimization through online procurement for class C expenses, criticality analysis, and purchasing periphery). Managed tenders on the ARIA platform (RFI/RFP/RFQ). Implemented and monitored an industrial and logistics performance plan.
